Postage - General Almost all of our parcels are sent through the Postal Service as the most efficient and cost effective delivery to most places.
Most products will be shipped to you within 24 hours of Bubstuff receiving payment for your order. For Australian deliveries this means you can expect your order to arrive within 3 - 7 working days, depending on bank processing times and your location. If there is any delay in sending your order we will contact you immediately. Please make sure your contact details are correct so that we can contact you as soon as possible in the case of a delay.
If you have ordered an item that is out of stock we will notify you via email or telephone. You will then have the option to either wait until the item arrives or change your order.
If you require an order to be delivered urgently please contact us via email or by phone 0438 536 346 to arrange the most cost effective and prompt method of delivery.
We happily deliver our products to international destinations. If you would like to place an order from outside Australia please email us with your contact details and we will help you create your specific username and provide you with accurate postage costs. We can also then ensure you have the 10% Goods and Services Tax taken off your order as this is only applicable to Australian residents.
Wherever possible we aim to use recycled packaging materials included boxes and paper.
Postage Prices Bubstuff now has ONE standard shipping rate, no matter what size your order is! (Excluding Gift Baskets)
Our new shipping rate is $8.50 for standard postage to anywhere in Australia.
Registered and Express Post cost slightly more. If you wish to use Registered Post or Express Post please notify us in the comments section of your order or via email and we will add that to the overall cost.
If you choose not to use Registered Post when placing your order Bubstuff can not be held responsible if your order goes missing whilst in the care of the Postal Service.

Payment Methods For our customers convenience we offer many payment options. We currently accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit Cards - we accept Mastercard and Visa
- Money Orders - subject to clearance
- Personal Cheque - subject to clearance
- Direct Deposit - details provided when ordering
Unfortunately we cannot despatch orders until payment has been cleared.
